One of my (Krista) dearest friends just moved to Dallas. Fortunately, we caught her in between 2 business trips so we could spend a weekend with her. The 3 of us explored the city together and feasted on some of her famous Southern cooking in her beautiful new apartment.

And, we can't forget our visit to the JFK Memorial. I'd been a little naive to the whole conspiracy theory before then, but we were well educated by the people on the street. Not sure how much I believe, but one thing I know: More people are killed trying to get their photos taken on that "X" in the middle of the highway......

Super great time. We can't wait to come back to visit. You're welcome here anytime, girl!

Your visit to our home was equally grand....especially when we enjoyed a sushi dinner made by Joel, complete with authentic chop sticks and decorations.
