 We were in Mexico on March 23rd, our first anniversary. Our home church, Apex Community from Ohio, was on a missions trip that we got to be a part of. This was our "Anniversary Photo" taken exactly one year later than when we said our vows at sunset on the beach in California (also on a missions trip with Apex!). |

Apex on their Southwest Missions Trip in March was an unexpected bonus
to staying in Yuma. Being a part of the missions team at Apex is one of
the things I've (Krista) missed the most about being away from Ohio. Getting
to Mexico was typically the end of a year's worth of work and planning,
but the rewards of being a part of the team were well worth it. I was so happy to be on the team this year. Though the week didn't go according to our "plans" we saw God opening doors that we could never have imagined! Led by a very talented team of musicians, my soul was nourished as I worshipped God with you. I was impressed by the testimonies many of you gave to tell how powerful Jesus is in your life. Thanks for your friendship that week. I'd love to keep up with what's happened since then. Email. |
