Returning to Savonburg was like coming home! I (Krista) was telling Joel stories during the entire drive there.....late night basketball games with the youth group, our trips to Kansas City and Missouri, gospel sings during the summer, creative Bible schools, the generosity of our church family, Kansas storms, and on and on. By the time he left, he felt like he'd really known you.

When we spoke to the church in February, I told you that our church in Kansas was a key part to my spiritual development. It was during my teen years that I saw that you were gracious. Thank you for your patience.

Now I look forward to giving you updates from Europe about all that God is doing. And perhaps I will be given an opportunity to graciously model God's love to a teenage girl as I saw you do for me.
